With profound experience and exquisite skills, our welding team flexibly utilizes a variety of welding processes, such as laser welding, electron beam welding, etc., to create an exclusive welding solution for each customized product to ensure stable operation in a vacuum environment.

Surface Finishes

The following finishing techniques are available: Glass Bead Blasted, Machine Polished, and Electropolished. Flanges and machined components (faced, turned or bored) come standard with a 32-microinch surface finish and a 16-microinch sealing surface. For a machined finish better than 32 micro-inch, speak to one of our design engineers.

Water-Cooling

We offer tailored water-cooling solutions for various chamber types. Our methods cater to both flat and cylindrical chambers and are continually refined to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Cleaning and Packaging

All machined parts are cleaned with heated ultrasonic detergent and rinsed with multiple passes of deionized water to completely remove machining residues and then cleaned with dry hot air. Small parts are packed by vacuum sealing, large flanges are protected by aluminum foil shield, welded parts are equipped with anti-static bags and cushioning air pillows for professional packing, and special specifications are supported by customized wooden crate solutions.

Visual Inspection

Appearance Inspection
Roughness testing is used in the vacuum parts industry to ensure sealing performance, optimize surface finishes, improve weld quality, reduce the risk of contamination, extend part life, and comply with industry standards
Performance Testing
Helium Mass Spectrometer Testing: All welds and sealing surfaces are certified with a state-of-the-art helium mass spectrometer leak detector with a maximum rate of 1x10-9 std. cc of helium.
