CF Vacuum Flanges (Conflat Flanges) are mainly used in ultra-high vacuum systems to connect with a wide range of vacuum equipment and components, using a metal static seal, oxygen-free copper has good ductility and electrical conductivity, can be in the flange of the knife mouth extrusion plastic deformation, fill the flange surface of the small defects, forming a reliable metal seal.
CF Vacuum Fittings are fittings for use in high and ultra-high vacuum systems with an all-metal seal design, typically using oxygen-free, high-purity copper gaskets in conjunction with a cutter flange. The bolts are tightened so that the cutter of the flange is pressed into the softer copper gasket to form a seal.
CF Vacuum Bellows are critical ultra-high vacuum (UHV) flexible components that integrate the exceptional sealing performance of CF flanges with the flexibility of metal bellows. Designed to absorb thermal expansion, compensate for mechanical misalignment, and dampen vibration, they are essential for building stable, high-integrity vacuum systems in demanding industrial applications.
Kaixin's CF nipples provide precise and leak-tight spacing or direction changes in your UHV pipeline, ensuring system layout flexibility without compromising performance.

CF vacuum products are mainly composed of CF Vacuum Flanges,CF Vacuum Fittings,CF Vacuum Bellows,CF Nipples and CF Gaskets, etc
1)Sealing: CF uses metal hard sealing, while others mostly adopt rubber sealing.
2)Vacuum level: CF is suitable for ultra-high vacuum (≤10⁻¹⁰ Pa) and resistant to high-temperature baking; others are applicable to low to medium-high vacuum with limited temperature resistance.
1)Oxygen-free copper gasket: High purity, good plasticity, resistant to 450℃, low cost, poor reusability, suitable for static use with infrequent disassembly and assembly.
2)Silver-plated copper gasket: Copper base with silver plating, excellent sealing performance, low clamping force required, resistant to 300℃, anti-oxidation, suitable for frequent disassembly and assembly or low-temperature conditions, higher cost.
1)Clean the sealing surface, ensuring no impurities or scratches.
2)Select a suitable gasket, place it correctly without deformation.
3)Tighten bolts diagonally and step by step, control torque to avoid over-tightening.
4)Leak test before high-temperature baking, retighten after baking.
1)Select a CF reducing flange (one end with a CF interface, the other end matching the pipe diameter).
2)For non-standard diameters, a custom transition nipple can be used (one end with a CF sealing surface, the other end connected to the pipe).
3)For large differences, use a multi-stage reducing combination (e.g., CF→ISO→KF).
