A high-purity, high-precision stainless steel pipe compliant with ASTM A269, featuring low outgassingrate, excellent corrosion resistance, and tight dimensional tolerances.
ASTM A270 Tubing is tailor-made for high-purity media transfer in vacuum environments, serving as an indispensable core conveying solution for vacuum systems in high-end industries such as pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, and medical.
Vacuum-grade DIN11850 Tubing is a high-precision, hygienic stainless steel pipe compliant with Germany's DIN11850 standard. Developed specifically for vacuum systems and high-purity media transfer scenarios, it is suitable for high-end working conditions requiring sterility, ultra-high vacuum, and high cleanliness.
Vacuum DIN11851 Tubing highlights three core advantages—ultra-high vacuum compatibility, hygienic safety, and strict DIN standard compliance—making it the preferred conveying component for vacuum systems in high-end manufacturing across Europe and the globe.
Vacuum-grade JIS G3459 Tubing is a high-precision stainless steel pipe compliant with Japan's JIS G3459 standard, specifically developed for vacuum systems and high-purity media transfer scenarios.

Common materials include 304 and 316L stainless steel. For better performance (such as stronger corrosion resistance, higher cleanliness, and adaptability to extreme environments), Hastelloy (e.g., C276, B2), Monel 400, and titanium and titanium alloys (Gr.1, Gr.2) can be considered.
High purity tubes mainly include AP(Annealed and Pickled)tubes, EP(Electro-Polished) tubes, MP(Mechanical Polished)tubes, and BA(Bright Annealed)tubes.
Common outer diameter sizes: 3.175 to 50.8 mm, Wall thickness: 0.5 to 5 mm
1)AP Grade:Mother pipe→cold drawing→annealing→passivation→inspection→super machanical cleaning
2)BA Grade:Mother pipe→special cold drawing→bright annealing→passivation→inspection→super machanical cleaning
3)MP Grade:Mother pipe→special cold drawing→bright annealing→mechanical polishing→passivation→inspection→super machanical cleaning
4)EP Grade:Mother pipe→special cold drawing→bright annealing→mechanical polishing→electro polishing→passivation→inspection→super machanical cleaning
Dimensional accuracy: Precision tubes have extremely small tolerances (±0.02~0.1mm), while ordinary tubes have wider tolerances (±0.5~1mm).
Surface quality: Precision tubes have high surface finish (Ra≤1.6μm) and no impurities; ordinary tubes are rough (Ra≥3.2μm) and prone to scale.
Performance: Precision tubes undergo cold working + heat treatment, resulting in stable performance and high pressure resistance; ordinary tubes have large performance fluctuations and are suitable for low pressure.
