Bolt kits secure flanges, paired with Viton O-rings for sealing.

1)Bolts pass through clearance holes of two flanges, fixed with nuts and washers on the other side; hex-head kits are optional.

2)Viton is a vacuum-grade fluororubber O-ring, clamped between two ASA/ANSI flanges, enabling high vacuum. Temperature resistance: –26˚C~150˚C (200˚C intermittent), reusable.

The operating temperature range of ASA vacuum products is typically -50℃ to 450℃, depending on the sealing type:

1)Metal seals (copper / stainless steel gaskets): Withstand 200℃-450℃, suitable for high-temperature working conditions.

2)Rubber seals (nitrile / fluororubber): Withstand -50℃-200℃, specific parameters of the seals should be referred to.

The sealing principle of ASA vacuum products is based on the tight fit between the flange surface and the seal. Through external force tightening, the seal undergoes plastic or elastic deformation to fill the micro gaps on the flange sealing surface and block the gas leakage channel.
